Thread Starter | Affordable Weighted Midi Controller?
I'm looking for something with a decent grand piano/hammer feel, with as few bells and whistles as possible. It will never be used as anything other than a midi controller for playing (mostly) piano, in my studio. Doesn't need to be 88 keys either. 60+ is fine. Feel is the most important quality for this scenario. I've taken a look at the yamaha np30, but I'm not sure how it feels, based on some critical reviews. I also looked at the Casio CPD 100, but it might be a bit pricey. I'm not sure what else is out there. I'm looking to spend around $300.
