Radial BigShot ABY. has A, B, or both. plus you have the options for transformer isolation, phase flip, or ground lift. I have one and love it.

The radial big shot ABY is not buffered for your use and is not a great idea for what your using it for. Transformer isolation may or may not matter in your opinion. But I woul contact a boutique pedal builder like myself to build you a 1-in 2-out bass buffer system. Both canceling the effect from many feet of long cords and preserving your basses/guitar tonality. Simple to build. I don't have a reputation but I would contact the guy at T1M Thisonesmine.com I think |

Ahh, didn't see the active bass, but it shouldn't make a difference. if he wants to go from his bass into 2 amps, the Radial is fine, especially for under $100. Since the OP lives in LA, I'd suggest going down to TrueTone in Santa Monica; you can try it out with a bass and guitar amp and see if it does what you need. If it doesn't, then you can step up to Radial's other pedals that are active. Tonebone Switchbone - introduction |

I personally would recommend an active one especially since your splitting a bass not a guitar, some frequencies might get lost somewhere in the equation

having used my pedalboard for guitar and bass, I'd disagree. And if you lose a bit above 12K on a bass, no one will mind anyway - this would get rolled off with an LPF live or in the studio. Again, I'd urge the OP to try the cheaper one first and if it works, then no need to overspend.

If you move up a step to the Radial Switchbone, both outputs are active, done!
