Thread Starter | TC Electronic Flashback - Firmware update Failure
Just tried updating my Flashback Delay's firmware from TC Electronic's site to use the new TonePrint iPhone app - it transmits TonePrints to your pedal through your guitar pickups to the pedal. Unfortunately, when I went to update it, the pedal either didn't receive the firmware update or it didn't work; the pedal is now off and won't turn back on. I did all the steps correctly (removing battery, detaching audio cables, plugging in USB, pushing down pedal button while adding 9V power) but no soap. No info on TC's site to troubleshoot these pedals, or how to do a hard reset. I've already submitted a problem with their customer service, but no answer yet. any other suggestions? thanks.

Just got an email from them today, it looks like a return kind of thing. It's a great pedal, so looking forward to a working one again.
