Sounds like mild distorsion, could be a rat with little gain, an octave pedal in a +12 setting, a stereo delay pedal, lots of reverb and stereo image from the mixing of the song itself.

That's a fantastic record - Ken Andrews is the kind of 90s alt-rock guitars. There's an interview on the making of this record where he says he used a Marshall JTM-45 for most of the rhythm parts, maybe lead as well. Based on that interview, the octave pedal is a Mutron Octave Divider which is really hard to find nowadays, I think I saw one on eBay once for like $600. |
