acoustic guitar pre?

Hi

I'm looking for a pedal (or similar) format preamp for acoustic guitar

The guitar is a Gibson J-45, the pick up is a " Element Active Acoustic Pickup System from L.R. Baggs" which has an onboard active preamp, but no controls other than volume.

So what I want is:

Something good, without being crazy boutique expensive.
Something with basic tone controls
Feedback battling options, like a notch filter and phase switch.
Optional are: a mute switch, and a DI

So what would people recommend?

thanks
matt

Thanks, I tried that as it was built into some of the other models of gibson acoustics. I wasn't crazy about the 'modeling" sound. I think I'm looking for a good quality analog box

I'm not sure about the pedal part, but everything I've heard has always
said the Sunrise Pickup System is the best for sound hole pickup systems
with the external pre-amp.

There's also a long waiting list for them with a limited production run
of 1000 per year.

Why not use a simple volume pedal in line with a good outboard preamp?

the guitar already has an under bridge type pickup, I am only looking for something to add to it to facilitate stage use, not a new pickup.

thanks for the suggestion anyway

edit: this kind of thing, although other options. note it is a pedal, has eq, has a notch filter, has a DI etc

Buy BBE Acoustimax Sonic Maximizer/Preamp Pedal | Guitar Preamps | Musician's Friend
