| Lives for gear | Fender '57 Champ vs Victoria 518 Has anyone compared these two amps? Cost is the same and both are based on the same design. I'm thinking about getting one or the other after Christmas. I've played the 518 but not the new '57 Champ. Any opinions? I've got a Blackface Bassman, Silverface Deluxe, Bluesbreaker reissue and a Jules mod Tiny Terror and I'm looking for the sound of the Tweed Champ. Thanks, Will |

| Lives for gear | Mainly worried about the sound of each. I read somewhere that the Victoria was more raw and the Fender more refined? Not sure where or if that's a fair statement though. Anyone played both? |
