| what tubes for my VOX AC30 2004 RI Blew a rectifier tube on 2004 vox ac30 cc2x RI (blue alnico) need tube recommendations -- Possibly NOS? Also, anyone know any good tube amp technicians in NY/NJ area? |

| I don't think that the rectifier tube needs to be biased etc in a VOX ac-30, but you might ask the people at tube depot or tubestore.com .... getting a quality rectifier tube will improve the tone. I'd suggest ordering one at Welcome to TubeDepot.com! or at 'the tubestore' (not sure of the web address? They'll be able to tell you which is the 'best' rectifier tube for your amp if you need that info as well also...
