| Hi guys, Have just installed a bareknuckle pre-wired pickguard into my strat, swapping in the pickups from the previous pickguard. I'm now getting a LOT of buzz which I'm guessing is a grounding problem. It goes away almost completely when I touch the jack socket mounting, and gets waaayyy louder when I touch the bridge. As far as I can tell all my soldering is good, but can anyone deduce from the symptoms (buzz louder when bridge is touched, silent when jack socket touched) where the problem is and what I need to do!? Sorry for being an electronics n00b! Joe |

| Thanks, it's already shielded, and like I said I'm pretty sure the soldering's good, I'll have another look though! Any other thoughts? Cheers |
