Is there a pedal similar to BOSS DD-3...

Is there a pedal similar to BOSS DD-3 but:

- doesn't need to be held down to use HOLD function

- has longer delay time than 800ms but still allows smooth delay time vari speed shift

Or do i have to get into PCM42 territory?
