Where does the low e on a guitar/bass fall on the piano? And what are there fundamental freqs ?

Guitar: low E-string = E1, 82.41 Hz, one octave plus one minor 6th below middle C Bass: exactly one octave below, so E0, 41.20 Hz, two octaves plus minor 6th beow middle C Both instruments are notated one octave higher than they sound, so if you want to hear E1 on the guitar, you notate an E2 (e below middle C), same with the bass. (Frequencies are with A3=440Hz, of course.)
