Thread Starter | HELP with a Tape Recorder !!!
I was thinking about getting a Portico 5042 as an effect for my tracking and mixdown. As far as tracking is concerned, i am now thinking about getting a 2 tracks tape recorder to record electric guitars (LOUD Marshall Plexi rock type of sound). I am planning to record the guitars on tape then dump them into Pro Tools thru an Apogee. I can get a very nice Studer A810. Would you guys choose something else ??? I'm using Pro Tools LE with a 002R, is there any way to link it to the Studer (so when i hit Play on the Studer, PT will follow) ?? |
