Old School Audio

Hey everyone,
My OSA MP-1C pre just stopped passing audio suddenly out of the blue. I was wondering if anyone had a phone number or info about reaching Old School Audio to get the pre repaired. I tried e-mailing a few times and there is no number on the webpage. Little help? I really like the sound of this preamp and I want to get it fixed!

Did you buy it from Atlas? If so, I'd drop Nathan an email. I think they have a lifetime guarantee for the original owner and he can probably give you the best contact info for Dale @ OSA.

Always try your dealer first. That is part of what the dealer network is for.

Even if you didn't buy it from Nathan at Atlas he is the U.S. distributor and will almost assuredly take care of the situation for you. Check out the site here for contact info.

He may even show up here I would think.

Good luck, no worries Nathan and OSA are good folks and they will get you going in no time I am sure.

K, I called Atlas and they told me to send an e-mail with the model #, serial #, and problem and they said they'd shoot me back with info about what to do next.
