Thread Starter | Which Mic? Some real world expereince please
Which Mic would be a great all around vocal mic? Neumann m147 or Soundelux U99 or Lawson l251? in this price range. Currently I use the M147 going thru a Summit MPC 100A. I get nice results especially for RAP vocals which sit in a mix very nicely without EQ. However, I'm not that satisfied with it for female vocals for which I do alot of recording (POP/Dance/RnB) So I am looking for something with a "step up" in fidelity, and smoothness in the top end. Anyone comment? Thanks. |
