Okay I have to tell someone about this, when I get good customer service I feel the need to speak up. I just spoke with Frank from Egnater (the guys who designed the Randall modular system stuff). What a GREAT GREAT guy. I can't speak highly enough about how he stressed customer service and making his clients happy then how he went the extra mile to do just that for me. Great guys with great products, these folks deserve our support for sure. Two big thumbsup thumbsup

Thread Starter | Well…. I thought about saying what it was, no real big deal actually but I am not sure they would do this for everyone so I don't want to speak for them. Let's just say that we started talking about the modules and Frank said had a service that I was interested in and was perfectly comfortable paying for. When I asked how much they would charge for that he said they would do it for free because I am their customer. To me what they would do was less important than the fact that they were willing to do it and even more so that they were willing to do it for free "just because." That goes a really long way in my book. thumbsup Can't say enough about that kind of service. Call the company, talk to the designer, they treat me like I matter and they care. |
