| Gear interested | Apogee Symphony with AD and DA-16X
I am selling my modified MOTU 896HD interfaces and getting the new Apogee Symphony PCI system with an AD-16X and a DA 16X. Any comments on the sound of these convertors as a front end for analog outboard? Anybody using this system yet directly to Logic or Digital Performer? Thanks Much for any advice... I dont have Symphony, but I do have the AD and DA16x and they are amazing. closest thing to source I have ever heard. I originally had 16 channels of Prism that I have since sold.

Thanks for the words ToddS...didn't look like I was going to get any responses from y'all. Anything else I should know? Is the Soft Limit usable? Does it mess with the feel at all? Do they generate much heat in the rack?
