Peter - I have the Pacifica, atty and the MP-2A. Now I have to wait for the "hammer" eq. Then what's next? Compressor - mic - speakers - vacuum tube hearing aids (I am thinking ahead).

When are you going to make something I do not like? My wife wants to know. (There is an A Designs widows club starting in most metropolitan areas).

Also, I would like a five year calendar (photos of A designs gear of course) for my office. I would like the release dates of your new gear coming out on the calendar. This will help my budget.

The best acoustic sound I've gotten was with a Wunder CM7 into the pacifica. It wasn't even a nice guitar. Does the pad give you less input transformer color, less negative feedback?

First, thank you for your purchase of the P-1.
Second, I don't know which mic you were using on the acoustic but you have a few options here.
If you have a good Tube mic.........I always suggest the Pearlman TM-1.........but try any Tube Mic and use the "Pad" switch on the P-1. You may find that the P-1 will produce a different sonic character............maybe even one that you like?
