Mic Resistors

hi everyone, this for some who might help me out.

i bought an SE3 mic a couple of months ago! a great mic by the way! for me it sound better than the km184 in hihats in particular, not for everything though.
Well the thing is that when i switch the pad on, a noise comes out the micrphone and i opened the mic up and realize that the resistor for the pad is broken. this resistor is labelled 1KM and i haven´t been able to find one. nobody seems to know what 1km really means here in Colombia. I open some other mics like ADK and neumann mics and they all seem to have that same resistor but I´m just not sure which one to buy to replace the one in my SE3.´I´ve been searching to find what other resistor is equivalent to that one but haven´t got any answer yet!
I hope that some one can help me!!

Best regards
And keep producing good music for our ears!!
