Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I hope someone can help me. My airline has just informed me that i cannot bring my Yamaha P120 stage piano (in Flight Case) on my Flight to New York this Friday. What do musicians/bands usually do when transporting such instruments?

Also if i cannot bring the piano on the plane can anyone recommend where in New York i could hire such a piano?
