Thread Starter | What's the cheapest place to buy pre-made cables?
Hi, here is what I'm looking for or something similar to it: Mogami - Puroflex I 1/4"-1/4" Stereo 3ft (need 16) Monster- SL500I-CFX-1: 1 Meter - 1/4" Stereo to XLR Female (need 2) Monster- SL500I-CMX-2: 2 Meter - 1/4" Stereo to XLR Male (need 2) Now I found this website http://macmidimusic.com/level.itml/icOid/1945 They have bundles of 8 for the Mogami ones, but I've been waiting for over a week for my order to being processed, and no luck so far. Apparently they have only tow or three people working and I have no idea how much longer it will take. My total cost was about $220 US. Now does anyone know any online stores which can match these prices and I don't have to wait for months to actually buy it. It doesn't have to be Mogami, but something decent. Please don't suggest making my own cables, I'm not very good with the iron. Cheers |

Wow, this is an old thread. Was going to make a new post, but will just tack onto this. I'm looking to buy some assembled Mogami intrument cables and am not sure what the cheapest place to them are. Anyone know of some good cheap places?

Their redco brand cable is pretty good too.

So, they'll actually build them for you? I don't see anything on their site about buying assembled cables.

Yet I always roll my own....save lots of $$$ that way, redco is fairly cheap for the parts (shipping is a little on the high side). Everyone should know how to solder a cable together. | |

Great, thanks! How easy and how much time does it take putting a bunch of cables together? Used a soldering iron years ago for my guitar shorting out, but not since.
