| Distressor or Fatso?????? I've been posting threads about what compressor to buy. I've decided on a Distressor or a Fatso. I know the Fatso is a minimal compressor/ tape emulator-type gadget. I'm looking for something that gives some nice "warm meaty color", but that can clean up nicely, if that's possible??? The main focus is going to be mostly on guitars, bass, and drums, but that would cover all ground if possible. What also attracts me to the Fatso is that it is 2 channels. The ideal situation would be to get them both, but that is not an option at the moment. Any help is gretly apprecitaed.

| Really? I have the ones for sale on ebay but I also listed them on here. I just sold one stock one but I still have a stereo pair of modded ones with the brit and stereo link. These are brand new from mercenary so the warranty is doubled! PM me if you want them.... or 1! |

| A pair of distressors should cover all bases. The Fatso is quite limited- no attack/release adjustments. |
