Neve 8803 VS. Dangerous BAX EQ

I'm in the market for an analogue EQ, primarily for slapping across my master buss on mix-downs. So far my two best options, I think, is the Neve 8803 or the Dangerous Music BAX EQ. I've used the 8803 before and loved the results.

If any users here own, or have experience with these units....which would you ultimately recommend?

I have 8803 and like it for the mixbuss but never heard the bax eq.

Neve is clean , very solid and precise . Hi pass filter is very good and "musical" . Pots are very small wich is PITA ... You can do what ever you need with this eq but you have to experiment with Qs and shelvs . It can really open up your mix without being obvius BUT you have to be carefull its not forgiving ,you can overdo it very fast ..... Not really for the rookies .
There is a little coloration when you push the eq in but if you are looking for color and "euphoric" sound like with avalon 2055 ,TC freebird EQ , MP etc you are at the wrong place . Althou when set properly you can get 3D kind of feeling ......

Well they're both the same price ($AUS), but its more of a case of parametric vs. shelf EQ. Maybe il get both!
