Fat Bustard and Kush Audio Main Gain

I have decided to settle for the Kush Audio Main Gain but wondering what would be the optimum way to set this up?..
Also the Fat Bustard is Unbalanced but the Main gain is Balanced?.....

My setup is as follows -

DAW Mac Pro
Prism Orpheus
Thermionic Fat Bustard
KnH 0300d Monitors

Many Thanks,

Noodlez.
