Distressor EL8-X problem

christiansbrocca Gear interested Joined: Oct 2012 Location: Montreal Posts: 1 Thread Starter	Distressor EL8-X problem Hi everyone. I'm brand new to this site...and fairly new to the recording world. I'm having problems with my distressor EL8-X. As of today, there is "no" gain reduction showing at all... Also, I need to crank the input and output to 10 on each knob to hear something....and that obviously creates a ridiculous noise. What happened??? Can anyone help me? I'm also having problem with my Apogee Rosetta 800 (power supply problem and on and off synch error with LOGIC..)... But strangely, I doubt that the Distressor problem is related to the souncard cuz my Millenia and API are both doing fine. Although I'm new with this gear, I make a leaving with my studio! Please help me!!!! Christian
