Neve 8816 firmware update problem
After 3 hours of trying to update the firmware on the Neve 8816 and 8804, I finally was able to do it. I tried it numerous, numerous times and each time it asked me to update the firmware on each. I tried every combination I could with the same results. At the suggestion of a friend, I plugged straight into my computer instead of going through a usb hub. Success.

Is the USB hub a powered or passive type?
