Favorite 500 Series Pre for??

What are your favorites on:

Strong yet smooth Alto female Vox - Country Pop
Acst. Gtr
Fiddle
Mando
Accordian

I would be swapping mics and adjusting space quite a bit. I want a solid performing Pre to handle all these duties fairly well, with emphasis on the lead VoX.I m looking for some very very subtle and mild euphonic qualities, while maintaining a down-to-earth honesty My goal is no to make the VoX ride hard on top by excessive presence and briteness, rather to sit smoothly as part of the hold.

Looking close at:
Buzz Elixar
Purple BIZ
Shadow Hills Mono Gama
A-Designs P1
API 512c
Brent Avarill 312

Wanted to include John Hardy M1, but does not seem available yet.

Any other suggestions?

As far as the items listed, Can anyone with experience with these share their personal sense of the units, how they compare, and what are good ways to fully explore their sonic and signiture capabilities.

Hi Morgan. I hope I get a way to go into the NAMM on Friday. Someone offered me, but never PM back. So far, I got no way in, dang.

Anyway, I got the new Buzz Elixar coming, the A Designs P1, and the Shadow Hills Mono Gama. I am anxious to try and compare them. I expect it will be near the time of NAMM. PM me and lets share cell #'s. We would love to meet some other GS folks!
