Lexicon PCM96 Surround - presets automation

Hello,

I'm thinking of buying Lexicon PCM96 Surround reverb for postproduction tasks in 5.1.
The question is about the presets change automation / snapshots or scenes - is it ok with this unit? Checked the manual, it seems that it's possible to automate the preset changes, but does it work/sound okey?

The easiest way to do this is with saved presets switching via MIDI.
