Someone should make a tweeter upgrade or ribbon replacement...

Why ???
A ribbon tweeter would not make a better NS10, but a quite different sound character.
Better if someone made a better loudspeaker.
And presto: There ARE better ones...

For the record: I still use NS10's for checking my mixes and I like them both.
But I modified the placement of the woofers so that time alignment is improved.
I could not put the tweeters further back into the NS10 cabinet, so I put the woofers a bit forward.
SOunds better. Already for years.

Exactly like The Rock. A great nearfield with a ribbon in a sealed box.. Brilliant!!
I don't believe there is anything wrong about my suggestion.
Just a small improvement over the current one, like a pushed out tweeter!!
Love my NS10's aswell...
