Interface querys

Hey guys,

I need help, I've just started using outboard equipment, so I feel like a major twat asking this, especially because I have some fairly expensive gear, and may be judged that I don't deserve it as I'm at a bit of a loss here. But anyway, here goes.

I am using a prism sound Orpheus as my interface, it is acting as my da for my various bits of processing gear (dynax 2, culture vulture, ssl g series comp). I also have an access virus ti2 that I want to start recording properly using its outputs, and will be purchasing a slim phatty and voyager soon. As the Orpheus only has two instrument inputs, does that mean the virus would take both as its a stereo output? Can I use the line inputs? Or should I consider getting a new interface? Will I need a new interface considering I am getting more outboard instruments?

God I feel like a noob. Anyway your help is much appreciated. I really need to figure this out...
