My poor man's Latency Killer

Thanks, edwin. I didn't know you replied earlier. I heard the Grace stuff is good, but I only need analog.

For my attempt to simulate the Lavry I ended up ordering an SM Pro Audio HP6E 6-Channel Stereo Headphone Amplifier, a
Coleman Audio LS3, and a Behritone C50A monitor because I've wanted a grot box for a good while.

So, my plan is to use this chain to approximate the Lavry Latency Killer: MIC>PRE>COMP>*Buzz REQ*(This is where the signal is split. This EQ
has dual line outs.)>A/D converters>DAW(where it's captured)>D/A converters>
Coleman Audio LS3(I can toggle monitors here.)>Sm Pro HP6E>Headphones.

*
The signal that exits LINE OUT 2 from the BUZZ goes directly to the Sm Pro HP6E Headphone amp, allowing it to "kill" A/D latency.

This should help me to get close to what I need from the Lavry LK-1. I'm not too big on FX.

DACS Headlite 2 here, it has a lot of I/O and possibilities, and it sounds good.

I'm looking for an analog headphone amp with (at least) dual inputs and a very clean sound with high output. I believe I need something like the Aphex Headpod 454, only with more inputs. I'm not tracking a band, so I'm not really worried about having lots of outputs.

Do you guys have any recommendations?
The new Sennheiser headphone amp. is well worth looking at (or should I say: listened to?)

Not heard the Headlite, but the DACS HeadMaster is certainly excellent.

Well, it happens after the A/D conversion. This is my way of seeing how much the slight latency of conversion affects my performance while recording.

How did conversations about the cheapest of equipment get into the high end forum !
If your talking Berhinger ART APHEX you have the wrong number.
Everything I own is high end except for the ART Head amp
But because it does not contribute to the sound quality of my recordings I try to forget I actually own it . Its at the bottom of my rack where hopefully nobody see,s it

PLEASE HANG UP AND TRY YOUR THREAD AGIAN

Does anyone have the Sm Pro HP6E? I've been curious about this unit for a while but can hardly find any user reviews on it

Grouping Aphex gear with Behringer and ART is ignorant.

PLEASE HANG UP AND TRY YOUR RANT AGAIN
