Thread Starter | vocal microphone budget If you had $4000 to spend on a selection of three exceptional voice microphones. What would be your choice? |

| Audio Technica 4060 Shure SM7 AEA R84 ...and then give me the money left over. 3 completely different mics. |

| Just vocals right? Microtech Gefell UM-92.1S (has omni, Cardiod and figure 8) for an all around male female voice ($2900usd) Then an AT4050 for another great vocal mic ($600 USD) and yep...a sm7 for yet another character. ($500 USD). BTW, I do not own the UM-92, but if I had 4 grand to spend I sure would own it.
