I use it with a LCD TV. I just bought a cheap one with 4:3 and use a scart / chinch jones adapter ... works great ... That's for the automation, don't know about the TR .... wolfgang

TR doesn't show up on the onboard CRT screen so it sounds like your LCD solution would work for the OP... where did you find the adaptor for the cabling?

hmm it's just a standart chinch / scart adapter. Like the ones you get with a Playstation/Wii ..... And coming with a bnc/chinch adapter to a screened tv cable from the SSL computer ... And it needs to be a simple lcd TV, not a lcd computer monitor. wolfgang |

I use a "cheesebox" for my LCD VGA computer screen, works well enough. Golf equipment, Legacy computers, motherboards with isa slots including Baby AT, hard drives, riser cards, isa, PCI video cards, power and scsi cables, converters, cpu and memory, touch screen monitors and add on touch screen kits ...

Just to clarify, I am looking to replace the external (TR Monitor) not the one built into the console. I though it was straight RGB but apparently not... Thanks! |

| In europe, if your monitor uses scart, just google scart, and look where red green blue is to be connected, simple as that!

I used a RGB-s scaler... I think the model was called Smart Scaler... kind of a pricey box, but it has some switching capabilities that I used for other things too. Not sure if there's a better way to convert RGB-s, but a scaler is what SSL told us to use 8 years ago. C. |
