Apogee Symphony io (frustration box)

Needless to say these things are problematic. I'm now having an issue where I'll be listening through the headphone jacks on from panel, and without cause or warning the volume will turn up to 0db without me touching anything. Anyone have any ideas besides throwing $200 headphones on the floor?

Maestro and USB are definitely flaky...I'm hoping for another release soon. What mode are you using it in?

I mostly use it in Symphony mode. Also I changed the speaker output to "Line" and Im thinking that somehow there is a bug that makes the headphone output think it needs to also be in "line" mode? I dont know, but damn is it annoying...
