Internal power problems with audient centro

HI Folks,

Just yesterday my Audient centro wouldn't power up right its getting power because all the lights on the remote control are stuck on but the main unit has only 1 internal l.e.d on the internal board lighting.
i have checked /metered all the internal fuses that i can get at, but it may be a problem with a circuit board or the power supply ot the main unit .
anyone had similar issues?
cheers wawaz

Hi
The sensible thing is to call Audient and their helpful service department will run through the various possibilities.
Everything else is purely speculation and as even your fault description is vague suggests that you should not be delving into there.

Hi Matt
I have been on to Audient and i have done the steps they have asked and checked all the correct fuses i just wanted to see if anyone had a similar problem or a quick fix before i take the unit out of the rack and send it off for (fingers crossed ) an easy repair.

Hi
There could be a number of things wrong but Audient are unlikely to 'publish' the schematics and if there were any 'issues' with these units they wouldn't admit to them either.
I presume you have got back to them with your findings in which case it is probably most efficient to get on to the dealer who sold it or direct to Audient. You may be lucky and get an 'exchange' unit while it is being looked at.
