Client rough mixes: what format do you use?

To all the people that are working either OTB or hybrid-

What format are you guys giving your clients when you run off rough mixes at the end of a session?
CDs, links, USB thumb drives, E-mailing files, cassettes

Do your clients have a preference?
I'm just wondering given the new technologies.

lots of people still want a CD

a few want me to email them mp3s

memory sticks are actually not that popular where I am

Up until about a year ago, I had one guy who literally DID want cassettes! He would bring in a cassette from his car, all cued up to where he wanted me to place the songs. He finally got a CD player for his 20 year old Mercedes, just in time for all the cars to go iPod.

Thanks everyone- and just so you know I had put a smiley face after 'cassettes' but it didn't show up.
