Monitor upgrade help

I've been using a pair of mint JBL 4312B's powered by a Bryston 'PRO' series amp for a while and like them alot. But with all the comments reguarding the importance of having good monitors, I'm thinking it might time for an upgrade. I know the technology has improved since JBL put these out and would appreciate any suggestions. Looking to spend $1500 ish.

Thanx - John

Thanx

Thanx Steve. I just don't have the budget right now for 8050's or good Adams. Perhaps in this price range this might not qualify as a high end post. Just looking for high end advice. I'll check into the JBL's.

Yep,, The will fit your budget.

I got mine for 1,500 used but in new condition from someone who took really good care of them.

If you shop around you can get a good deal.

Just go down to the local music store to check them out.
