My Chilton Console...I don't remember exact year but I'm pretty sure it's from the 70's.

My Yamaha PM1000 just arrived. Not as big as some in this thread (or considered as "high end", possibly), but I've already fallen in love with it. Needs a couple hours of TLC but is mostly good after a new power supply. I'll be modding the inductor-based EQ's to Neve 1073 centerpoints and adding direct outs. I got to use it on a session this weekend and it rocks. The pre's are really fat. Transformers EVERYWHERE!

Neve 5315 - 24 Channel. Used to be the live sound console from the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. I don't believe the EQ was used beyond "set it and forget it" and it appears that less than half the console was put into use at all. Definitely not the case any longer.

Hi

The 8026 used 1066 or 1073 channel amplifiers. The 31102 was used some years later in 8058/68/88 consoles as the line input part was in the routing units.

Trident London 24, 44 channel with 24 bus outs. Restoring it and just got it running. All 65 series channels with upgraded chips and caps. Monitor section is 70 series with everything upgraded. VU lights are currently being changed to green LED's. Crazy mojo.

Where are you at Revolt Studios ? I have a 72 input Trident 24. I did not post because the thread was about 70's desks and ours are from the 80's.

My 1977 Yamaha PM2000. This was one of the house consoles for the broadway show "Cats". It works perfectly and sounds amazing. 32 input x 8 buss.
