Thread Starter | Anybody using 2 Pendulum Audio Quartet II Mercenary Edition
Anybody using 2 Pendulum Audio Quartet II Mercenary Edition's for stereo bus or anything else ? It seems with 2 of these units you would have everything you need for tracking and recording on stereo bus am I wrong ? The question would then be how is the sound and is it worth the price for 2 of them ? Thanks |

The Q2 is probably one of the most insanely musical, overbuilt, 4 element, ridiculously versatile recording channel's around. I have never heard anyone complain about these on program material. What are you looking for ROC? This is a lot of money to drop, but I'll be damned if its gonna suck for anything.

Spendy, but no compromises. Also remember that you'd have separate access to each individual element so it's more like buying 8 pieces of gear instead of 2.

Any reviews of Pendulum Quartet II ME edition. I'm considring 2 of them for stereo bus . I have good coverters, moniters and room treatment but no mic pre's , EQ's or compressors . So what do you think good idea or no . |

| 8 pieces of versatile gear, with switchable input trafos/impedance, as well as the different modes of EQ and compression. 8 pieces of independent accessible gear, but many more sonic capabilities I'd imagine.

| They will be incredible, and allow for just about any color you'd want to impart.
