Here ya go... http://www.apiaudio.com/500v.html it's 10 slots instead of 6 but they do work like a charm...

Yes, there is a frame out there which you place your lunchbox in and throw it in your rack. If I remember where I got them from I'll come back here, but I installed a few of em at Hit Fact. It was basically a rack shelf with a framed front. then it had locking adjustments on each side and in the back so you could lock the unit inplace an it wouldn't shift about as would regular a piece o gear just sitting on a rack shelf. Sorry I can't recall where they were purchased from, but it sounds like you don't really want to buy a whole new frame, so keep looking and when you find it, post it back here. If I find my pics from the rooms, I'll see if I can zoom in and get info, but from memory, there were no markings on the front from the manufacturer.
