Ditching my UA 2-610 for ADL 600?

Been using the UA piece for quite a while and feel that I could "move on" and get something else while not really missing it. Curious about the ADL in comparison. Anyone have the pleasure to use both units? Already have 1272's and API 3124's. Thanks for the input.

I have not used the UA unit, but the ADL600 has been a nice combo with my 3124+. I am a drummer and want pres that can handle a kick or snare. I talked to a few people and they said the 610 was not usable in those situations. The ADL, on the other hand, sounds awesome on kick. the detail this unit has will blow you away. I recorded some acoustic tracks today that sound so full and rich. The only way I will sell this unit is if times get extremly hard, and I mean extremly. thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup

You should try the Great River - Stuff www.greatriverelectronics.com ! It will be a nice complement to your UA-Pre!
