Mackie HR824: THX vs Non-THX ?

Any difference between the two? I've got 2 pairs of 824s, one branded with the THX logo and bearing a (21) serial number, and another pair without, bearing an "AG" serial number.

Are they just different years, or different models?

exactly the same speakers no difference what so ever
