Thread Starter | Sony DMX-R100 Help!!
Hello world. My name is Boogie, I'm one of the owners here at The Music Lab. So we just got this AWESOME Sony DMX-R100 console but am having trouble getting it to talk to our new MacPro and Logic Pro. We're using an RME HDSPe MADI card in Slot 3 of our new 8-Core Mac Pro. The red error light on the MADI card is on and when I called RME they said the error light goes on when it's not receiving input signal. We've managed to get iTunes running through the console and out the PGM to our monitors but we need inputs as well! Please help! What am I doing wrong? Thanks guys! Our open date for The Music Lab is 2 weeks away. AHHHH!!!! |

Do you have the setting on the MADI card set correct? Sample rate? Is it 64 or 56 channel frame? Have you set the card to recieve clock signal from the MADI signal? Have you got the card set to optical madi? (or are you using bnc?) if its bnc are you deffo not using clock cable? I hope one of these helps mate, Greg
