Kudos to Empirical Labs

I don't post here often, but had to submit some public praise for Dave Derr and the folks over at Empirical Labs. An EL7 Fatso was giving me problems so I asked that they have a look at it. Shipped it to them and they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but a week later a new Fatso arrived at my door at no charge and with zero prodding from me.

I plugged it in and the problem was gone. I'm certainly not ruling out stupidity on my end as root cause but, whether there was a problem or not, they totally went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. What more could one ask for?

Yeah, Dave ands his people KICK ASS!!! They helped me and did some mods for mine and I had it back in a few days.

I'll also chime in with a huge thumbs-up for the ELI crew. I had a Distressor issue a while back and they went way above and beyond in both service and communication.

I will ALWAYS have ELI gear in my rack.
