| How much should i pay for a Neve Sidecar? Hey slutz, I'm in the process of finding a console for my studio. Originally i wanted good routing, good EQs and clean, ok Pres, as i would cover that with my outboards. But now, oh temptation, I was offered a Neve 8014 Sidecar loaded with 6x1883, 2x1883/1 routing modules, 2x1272 output amps, and space for 8 Modules like 1073 etc. It also features metering for the bus and faders of course. what would you think is it worth? it is in good overall condition. It's really hard to find useful information about this setup. i would use it as a summing mixer and later on add Pres and EQs. This is stealing my sleep... |
