Ams dm-2-20 tape phase simulator help

My AMS DM-2-20 has stopped working while it was passing audio,switched it off then on again,,,it turns on fine but the red input light is on full red without an incoming signal,,,need someone to look at it that knows what there doing,,,,any help or recommendations would be much appreciated,,im in London UK,,,
