Bricasti M7 or

Eventide 2016, TC4000 and the Lex PCM91. I can get all three used in very good condition or buy an M7 for the same price. What would you buy? Will the M7 be able to cover all this ground? I have a few days to decide, thanks in advance.

depends on your setup.

you have a console? i.e. do you have a way to use all three reverbs at the same time?

Nope. Wouldn't ever expect that it would.

But, the ground that is does cover....................

The M7 - 20 times over.

The thing is as serious as a heart attack.

I'd say the M7. Though having some different makes of verb is also good. Tough choice. The Bricasti sounds really good.

I have H8000, PCM96 and M7 and I use them all extensively to get the desired results. However, if I was to choose only one of them for reverbs, that would be Bricasti. Although currenty it won't give you lush Lexicon reverbs (this probably will change soon with 2.0 upgrade) but what it does is really amazing. In a typical project I find myself bouncing the Bricasti on many tracks, while H8000/PCM96 give me a couple instances of character reverbs where needed.

I'd agree, the KSP is much nicer than the 91.

If you use multiple 'verbs on a mix a lot and you like the textures those three offer, buy 'em. If you want your mixes to sound like they're in actual spaces, buy the M7.

Yes this is about right. The functionality is in place now and will be at the AES show.

I believe that we will then continue to test for a couple of weeks after the AES show.

I will cross post this to the V2 thread but please take a look at this link;

Hauptman Woodward Institute

I am asking folks receiving the V2 upgrade, to please consider making a direct donation of any amount to this wonderful institute.

Looks like a place I'd like to donate to. And now (next week) that I'm finally getting my M7, I'll have a good reason to do so!

By the way Casey, I like the way you do "business".
