Looking For A Facility

The producer that I work with is looking to move out of the house and into an actual dedicated facility. So I thought I'd see if anyone knew of existing places that are up for sale or getting ready to go. The area we're looking in is from Ventura to Westlake (California) and would prefer a multi-room set up. Gear isn't important, the ability to move in and start working somewhat quickly is.
