| Gear nut | Does Motu HD192 really matter if I record at lower sample rate?
At the moment my main DAW, Ableton Live doesn't record beyond 96, 000. I would assume the converters of the Motu HD192 are better than say the 24I/O. Therefore even though I wouldn't use the highest sampling rate I would still benefit from having a better box. Are my assumptions correct, or should I just go with something like 24I/O? |

My question still remains. Is there a difference in the quality of converters other than the sample rate? Are they more accuarate? ect

I would say yes the 192 has better converters. FWIW I have 4 1296's that I've been using for years that worked great.
