Studer A80 Transport Fuse Problem

Hi. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated...

I have a One inch 8 track A80 has been 100%% recapped and aligned. (ps recap too)

The other day, the the 3A fuse (in the middle of the bottom row on the fuse box) blew and I lost the counter and power to the transport buttons. Still have power to all the electronics and motors. Motors spin constantly in the opposites direction.

I think there is a resistor or something that blew? But where is it on the machine??
Manuel is complicated. Just looking for some help. i have heard that this has happened to others...

I have a tech but want to figure this one out myself. any ideas which resistor or what this is???
