Hey, the samples sound nice, even the bits which are not so obviously sm-57 terrain.

Just goes to show creativity can bloom with limited gear. It's a bit of a lesson for gearslutz like us who always tend to think "if I had THAT other piece of gear I would be great".

Plus it seems that a mic like an sm-57 has a sonic signature and sometimes it's a nice flavour to use, even for things it's not designed to do.
