Elastic Audio Help!

Can anyone direct me to a good tutorial on how to use Elastic Audio in TDM? I used it about a month ago with no issues but now when I select elastic properties, the bottom half of the window is not showing up, and I am hearing all kinds of artifacts.

I've got Kenny Gioia's videos.

It's fantastic.

There are some really informative videos at their website. Did you already check those out?

There was one on the digi website that I watched originally and it got me going on it, but now I can't seem to find it. The worst thing that happened is that when you open the elastic properties window, only half of it pops up. The bottom of it which contains the tempo is gone, if I could find that I would be set.
